These are my parents.  They are standing in my grandparents' driveway on Damon Street.  They have known each other since they were 13.  This is my dad, quietly pleased that he has once again drawn a bubbling laugh from my mom.  This is their love.

This is the image I hold in my heart when I stand before you, camera poised, documenting an otherwise ephemeral moment glitter between each of you...a moment that tells your story, that will one day become your history, your legacy, your love letter to each other.

This is why I love photography.  This is why I am in love with love.

Each of us has a unique story of where we met our one love, how we were drawn together at just the right moment and why we believe we are meant to build a life with that one person.  Our futures are immense and unknowable, yet we wander forward...imperfectly, passionately, with great hope and even greater inexactness, lead by an immeasurable faith in possibility and enduring love for one another.
